We couldn't see what happened to cause the ball to get in the TT's guy's hands. We don't know if he pulled it out while the guy was already on the ground, or in the air. The replays didn't ****ing show that. Am I missing something here?

And I'm aware that the defender got it at the last minute, but the ground can't cause the ball to be loose.

I know this. But the issue is whether he actually had control of the ball at the time he caught it. The fact he didn't come out of there with the ball suggests he didn't fully have it.
