Yep, looks like the dolt was heading over to make a play and the jag is grabbing him pulling him back. Not dirty charger - dirty jaggy.

when you are "blocking" outside of the shoulder pads (which the jax player is clearly doing) it is an illegal holding penalty.

illegal= not legal=not fair= dirtyLMAO So, by your rationale, EVERY team in the league is dirty.
