The more powerful your program is, and the larger the school, the more you have to worry about boosters. Just about all the money these kids ever get is from boosters. Some coaches know about it and turn a shoulder, and some probably have no idea. All it takes is a rich alum wanting his program to succeed to have problems. If I was a 17 year old kid from the projects and some guy left a brand new Escalade on my front porch, I really think I would probably pick whatever school he wanted me to as well.

The honorable boosters are guys like Boone Pickens, he did it the right way. But truthfully if you give athletes money directly it is probably more effective...wrong..but more effective.

To be honest, OSU doesn't deserve another shot at a Nat. title. I'd like to see it only because it would make the BCS look like shit(more than it already does)I want a play-off system.

A ton of my family is back in Ohio. Big Buckeye fans.

OSU has got the talent, and I love their D and Wells, but I just hope Boekman can get his sh*t together in a month's time. I think he will.
