Wasting two timeouts on that play was ridiculous, and then not taking a time out with almost 35 seconds left before the two minute warning was even dumber. This man is an albatross. My 11 year old was asking me why he would do that!

Herm is turning the Chiefs into the Raiders. They sure looked the part today. And now Herm's team has lost 3 in a row at Arrowhead and 4 out of 6 at home this season. Both fiirsts in the Peterson Era. The team is not getting better. It should be obvious to even Herm's blindest supporters that he's is not hte man for the job.

Any 12 year old with Playstation Madden experience knows to not let the clock go all the way down to the 2 min warning when you have a timeout left. on 2nd and (12?)....we should have called the timeout...so even if the raiders decided to run it on 3rd down after that....(if we stopped them on 3rd) we would get the ball back with worst-case scenario...1 min 55 left in the game.

I've never seen such a worthless coach in so many areas. High school football coaches dont make the same mistakes herm does.

I've really had it with this organization. Carl has turned the organization into one of the worst managed teams in the league. Because of the good 'ol boy network that carl puts into practice - not to mention his ultimate goal of dollars over playoff wins as success metrics - we will never be a respected organization in this league again until carl (and everyone hired by him) is fired.

Ive seen a few others on this board say it...and I'll add my name to the list. This organization isnt getting another dime from me until Carl is gone (and Herm with him).
