loss wasnt herms fault. he didnt help it but it wasnt all his. hopefully since were sure to get amazing draft picks this comming year....we can make something out of them.

I think the lack of talent leaves the coaching staff with a tough nut to crack, week in and week out. We've seen Herm be able to put together a pretty good team in the past and win a playoff game or two.

I don't think he's ever going to take us to the Super Bowl. And there was no excuse for that debacle today. But if we actually had some talent he would look better.

Believe it or not, I gave him a 5. Come to think of it, I would go lower now. I gave him credit for the improved play of the D. But I should have accounted for the fact that although our offense was in decline when he arrived, he ripped off some good peices too early. Also, he has killed special teams. Why did he let Gary stills go?

The loss of the time out via bad challenge really puzzled me. Whomever challenged the field position had the same replay as we did, and still instructed Herm to challenge.
