I think Jan Stenerud can still kick.

George Blanda might even be better than we have.

43 years old kicker now, what's the difference Blanda is 80 and might be able to kick.

Jan Stenerud is 65 and I'd bet he can still kick.

Is he the good Grammatica or the bad Grammatica?

Is the bad one the one who injured himself while celebrating a field goal he made?

OK guys, I wasn't going to say anything but, here it is.

I'd be willing to give it a shot. If they let me practice a few days first. That and teach me how to do it.

Didn't they learn from thei mistakes when they brought the 75 year old Morton Anderson in 4 or so years ago?

He might hit 30-40 yarders consistently but his kick offs won't reach the 30YL

I don't care how well our kicker kicks off. Rayner has been dropping them at the 5 and 10 lately, not even touching the endzone on Sunday.

I just want a guy who we can count on to make 90% from 35-40 and in. Rayner isn't that guy.

I think Vanerjagt is still out there. He will miss less.

Good one... its was his brother Bill who injured himself celebrating while kicking for the Cardinals.

Vanderjagt is better than anyone we have brought in. I don't get it.

Cancerjagt is done in the NFL. After the BS he put on Indy, he's blackballed. His short stint with the Cowboys sealed his fate.

I dont care what he did. He's better than Carney.

We need to give Medlock a shot again. Just my 2 cents.

Yeah, that's someone I want on the Chiefs...a kicker who missed the biggest field goal try in his life by pushing it 90 yards right.

I still think that if we could get George Blanda it might be the thing we need to push al davis over the edge!

Last picture I saw of him he looked really bad.

Since this is the ultimate season of torture, the Chiefs should just bring back Lin Elliott to continue that theme. Heck maybe they can get that "kickoff specialist" (John Baker I think his name was) who couldn't kick the ball in bounds during the fiasco against the Raiders back in 2000 that kept the Chiefs out of the playoffs, to handle kickoffs.

It is the "Return to Pain Tour" with Slowlari bringing back the Paul Hackett/Jimmy Raye incompetence on offense, Herm bringing back the ultra-conservative tendancies of Martyball and Damon Huard putting on a Steve Bono-esque performance earlier in the season.

Steve Bono, Jimmy Raye, Paul Hackett, Elvis Grbac, Bong Morris, Greg Hill, Trezelle Jenkins, Ryan Sims, William BURNTee, Lin Elliott, John Baker, Jordan Black, Greg Robinson, Brett Perriman and more... all the ghosts from Carl Peterson-era past should be invited back to commemorate the "Return to Pain Tour"
