What do you all think of having Trent Green be the offensive coordinator?

I know he doesn't have coaching experience but he seemed to understand the game while being the QB. Maybe he can take that experience and teach others and create game plans for the Chiefs.

Just a thought. I know the chances of this happening are pretty much zero.

I think you pretty much answered your own question.

He has a future career in broadcasting and will make a much better living doing that.

OC OR QB coach ,I like Trent think he would make a good Coach at either positions, but with King Carl still in KC I do not think he would come back,

Trent, like anyone with a brain, knows Herm is a moron... Why would he want to subject himself to the r2p2 offense that Herm forces on his OC's?

Wasn't he designing plays for the offense when he was injured? seems like I remember that.

I agree. His problem would most likely be with Herm. Herm is the one that wanted to get rid of him.

Even though it will never happen I think he would make a very good coordinator.

yeah as a QB coach, but we need a new offensive coordinator that has been in the coaching buisness for a while. if Solari is back again next year we can pretty much forget about 2008

And I was just saying everbody waiting for a change in the O cor. is going to be sorely disappointed. There will be NO changes on this coaching staff next year, just face it even with all the talent in the world Herm and his buddys couldnt coach there way out of a wet paper bag.

But, you can get a HC job without being a coordinator.........when you do that you get Herm

Maybe after he's put in several successful years as a QB coach.

You gotta figure he's going into TV once he's done playing.
