I like them better than the black. But I wish they said "Kansas City" in block type just like the old ones.

Me too... I have a road grey jersey now. Only problem with that is it says Sweeney across the back. :banghead:

I like the white pants actually....but would have preferred the KC part on the jersey to be in white.

Would have looked better together (and if I recall...the old school jerseys had white lettering as well).

Oh well....still like them a lot

Am I the only one who thinks they should have to earn those powder blues? Those were worn by winners.

Like others said, they look a little curious with the white pants, but since it's a home alternate, it seems to make sense and it doesn't look bad.

I said the other day, I think the Blue tops/white pants should be the every day home uniform, and this could be the third. I know white is traditional for the home team, but is there a rule or something?

Either way, the improvement is not just in the GM office, the manager's office, or the roster... we're also freed from the black third jerseys and the stupid vest ones.

Is that first guy on the left, Frank White? I didn't think he was that big, or maybe it is a photo illusion.

The Royals belong in powder blue! The gray and black is stupid.

was Leif Lisec railing on them? I didn't catch the show this morning (or much at all lately....****ing job). I saw a tux at Livingstons in Topeka about 2 months ago with a baby blue coat and white pants....the only thing missing was the ruffled shirt.

This could be a great year for the royals. Most people are picking them second behind the tigers in the division and dayton isn't done gathering the talent

Gordon will not only be wearing a different color Royals uniform, but with a different number, switching from No.7, which he had as a rookie, to No. 4.

"That was my number growing up, and that's what I wore my whole life," he said. --KCRoyals.com
