Will there be a free give away of items to throw at Herm? If so they might get 45k

They'll have to whisper in the huddle, or else the defense might hear the play.

Oh, you meant actually THERE? I thought you meant how many Chiefs fans across the nation are going to watch the Chiefs - Tits game on TV.

I doubt it. The stadium is going to look like it did in 1987.

I say 1/2 the stadium sees the Titans embarrass the Chiefs at home worse than today's ass beating. And that will be a good showing to Carl.

12. And still more than the points KC will score.

I would think that would be during the Lions game.

Were you at the game today?

chiefqueen

I won't predict the attendance I will predict a TV blackout in KC (and I think Topeka). If the game is blacked out the game cannot be shown by a station whose signal can be picked up within 75 miles of the stadium, thus Ch. 13 could not carry the game.

Wichita is safe.

No. I had to stay home near the barf bag.

Did Denver sell out this game? Empty seats? Their season is not a whole lot better than ours. Is fan apathy as bad?

In all seriousness, I went to the ESPN Zone last week. They have two big viewing rooms and a bar. I was the ONLY person in one of the rooms, which has seating for probably 150 people. Some people showed up later when the Broncos game was about to start, but it was maybe 20 percent full.

I'm sad that Kevin's first Chiefs game will be such a lackluster event.

This should really be a poll question.

I'd vote 30-35k.

We left near the end of the 3rd qtr and it was about 1/2 empty. Once the sun dropped below the stadium no one wanted to stay and watch the sorry excuse for a football game.

30K sounds about right, especially if weather is factor

I'd say the number is going down for every stupid comment that comes out of Arrowhead by the coach or GM.

I'd guess the Titans fans will push it up to 20,000.

To bad they can use weather as an excuse for poor attendance.

I'd say your darn close. 50,000 if there lucky. The fans are

Every time the opposing offense comes to the line of scrimmage, I'm going to be yelling, "Fire Carl and Herm!" over and over as loud as I can. That way, I can accomplish two things at once.

On second thought, I'll say about 55-60 k show up, but the number that actually make it into the stadium, or make it through halftime, will be significantly less.

Most of the local stations are calling for high in the 20's on Sun. Ch. 5 (Katie's station) is also calling for snow Sun.

60,000 to 65,000 . oh wait, thats 30,000 in the stadium the rest will just stay tailgating in the lot.

Isn't the attendance a little deceptive because it is tickets sold, not people through the turn-styles.. But I thought there was a place that showed the number of no-shows. That would be more of an indication of the attitude of the Chiefs fans then actual attendance, wouldn't it?
