Realistically, he cant do much till the end of December with the most visible changes that need to happen. But the real fear is that the same bunch of inept talent evaluators guide the Cjiefs through this upcoming draft. Probably the most glaring need and the greatest opportunity is to get that someone or those someones in and in place who are the best talent evaluators you can get.

Hopefully, Clark moves fast with hiring people who work in the little dark rooms under arrowhead who guide the final days work. This has to happen. The ones we have are proven as poor and they belong to Carl and wont be the kind of people to stand up and fight for the right picks.

Clark...start now. Get the rooms cleaned. Bring in the new folks. Firing Carl can take place later.

Weren't you the same idiot that told me a week ago that Clark shouldn't fire Carl because he had a contract. LMAO

Oh yeah you were..

No...its stupid to fire someone when you have signed a contract that you negotiated and agreed to. Its a old consept...a mans word means something. Id say Young Mr Hunt is as displeased as any fan but has the ethics to know he can best change from the inside and still respect the agreement that he signed. If the guy was to be fired, it should have been done before this contract was done. Thats old news and was not done.

Frankly after yesterday if being high on the ownage list gets us a new GM its not a problem. Going from where I was 2 weeks ago to where I am today was made pretty damn easy.

So you think you actually play a role in whether or not we get a new GM?

So what happened to integrity and all that other BS you were spouting?

I am glad you decided to come around because the NFL isn't like any normal job you have clear defined goals..ie win the Super Bowl.

Being that embarrased the last two weeks was enough. Sometimes ya just have to admit you were wrong and move on. I never defended Carl. I just felt that Hunt wouldnt be one of those guys to do a deal then walk away from it. Sadly, he will be forced to cause Carls ego wont let him resign and make it easy on Hunt.

 Don't know... He talks the talk but we will see for sure in the off season. I hope heads roll i.e. King Carl.

Seriously, I would be shocked if Herman or Carl were fired. That's just too much money on the books and the Hunt family has never been one to waste money.

I think that they're here for the duration of their contracts. Carl's built up too much goodwill with the Hunts than to be fired over a 4-12 season.

It's not the actual 4-12 season that's the problem. It is the lack of management skills that Carl has shown over the last decade. Yes he helped bring pride back to Arrowhead, but he in the same time it took to do so, has now decimated his, and the Hunt's efforts. How good will a renovated Arrowhead Stadium look half empty? Ugly enough that I think it will force Clark's hand. (I hope)

Screw that absantee ownership stuff. Give me someone who actually gives a damn like the rest of us.

Clark needs to spend a week with Jerry Jones, Robert Kraft and Daniel Snyder so that he understands the role of an owner.

Keep in mind, the Cowboys struggled for the better part of a decade under Jones' watch. It's only recently that they've begun to win consistently.

True, but maybe he does. I look forward to seeing what happens.

I know I am in the minority, but I don't care for Jerry Jones over involvement. He demands foot shuffling porters for HCs.
I like how Robert Kraft handles things, and he is always in his box at game time.
Have they ever shown Clark at a game? I am not aware of it if they have, or I have forgotten it.

Just curious here, but when do you guys renew your season tickets? and when you renew them do they mail you an order form with a comment space? At the Mizzou ticket office we do something like that (an order form), and it gets kind of funny around renewal time because people will write comments on their forms in black marker over the top of everything that say funny shit. Usually informing us that we are stupid or something to that point, but some last year said things like, "I would like to renew my ST if and only if that dumb ****er pinkel is fired!" So, I was just wondering really if anyone was going to do something to the same effect when they mail in their renewals or however you do it... also I think Clark may realize he needs to make a move when the date for renewals comes and passes and they are about 50% behind normal.... that is when the owners make changes, when it hits them in the fat wallets (which replaced their balls...so you know how it feels to get hit there).

According to Jack Harry and Kevin Keitzman- Silver Spoons Hunt-does not even have an office, phone line, email, or secretary at Arrowhead.

The guy is MORE interested in making dough, then building a winner.

Good thing we are building a new stadium for this rich bastard.

ROFL sure they did, and how much have Jackson County Tax payers paid :hmmm:

If anything- Silver Spoons only took out a quickie payday loan from the NFl to appease angry hardworking fans into thinking he is making this HUGE commitment to the city.

In time, that Investment-made with others money-will grow exponentially with the new stadium's income souces.

And what do WE get for our investment-HIGHER property and Sales Tax. But I do feel better since Arrowhead and Royals stadiums were SOOO run down.

At least Carl will have a HUGE NEW office for the next 19 years.

Just curious because I'm not familiar with Jackson County's tax structure, but does the new Stadium Tax affect residents? I thought it was merely a hotel and rental car tax.

I can't imagine how nice Carl's NEW office will be. Our parking will go up so he can wipe his ass with $100 bills in his NEW 5000 SF executive bathroom.

What a bargin.

Jackson County has shouldered the financial brunt for the Chiefs and Kansas fans since the beggining.

But we Do get to buy tickets first with a tax receipt-so that is Something.
