View Full Version : So ... are you watching the KC-Detroit trainwreck?

If it's being streamed, I will likely have it in the top right-hand corner of my laptop as I concentrate on last-minute christmas shopping whilst watching one of the many potentially entertaining games on my big screen.

If it's not ... I'll check out Croyle2Bowe's stats from time to time, and I'll try to catch the lowlights at the end of the game on NFL.com.

You?

I can't believe there is actually a Sopcast channel broadcasting it.

Yes, I'll watch it. I think the big game of the weekend is the Vikings - Skins game. They are both in the hunt, fighting over the same spot.

Definitely. Bowe is going to light shit on fire today.

I'm hoping Herm and Solari let Brodie put it up 40-50 times.

Of course - that's why I pay for the Sunday Ticket.

Nope. I'll be at the Jags/Raiders game watching the Raiders get pounded. Can't root for the Chiefs today so I might as well root against the Raiders.

No, I'm in MD at the queenmum's and am not going to try to find a sports bar showing the game.

Yup, it's on in Omaha, much to the chagrin of the city. People are bitching about having this craptastic contest instead of a real game...but being a selfish Chiefs fan, I'm glad it's on and I'm watching it.

I'll watch. I always do. The booze will be flowing so it will be easier to take.

Same here.
Also, gotta see how Gonzo & Kolby do for my fantasy squad.
As of a few weeks ago I was ready to drive down for it. But, as things have been shaking up for our Chiefs latley, I think I'll pass on this one.

I'll watch, but whether or not I actually pay attention is another story.

If i can find a stream....watching Croyle and Bowe and Smith is fun, and we need to see Croyle continue to develop...I'm really hoping he and Bowe can break out today in a climate controlled environment..

watching last week with no expectation of winning was strangely liberating...

For what it's worth, the game's not being shown in Denver this week. A number of you understand the implications of that.

I'll keep an eye on it at a local sports bar my lil bro is taking me to here in Georgia, but in all honesty I'll be much more involved in other games as I've got some big fantasy dollars on the line.

I even brought my new Tom Brady jersey along for the trip but if asked at the bar I WILL own up to being a disgruntled Chiefs fan at heart.

Damn.

Thought I'd be in the clear since the Rams played on Thursday night.

Spending the day over at my mom's who has DTV, but not the Ticket.

Local Fox affiliate is showing Packers/Bears.

At least the Packers still have something left to play for.

So do we. We're getting a head start on preseason next year seeing who should get cut and if Croyle can hack it.

CBS quit showing the Chiefs here 3 weeks ago. I've never seen them do that before. I'm amazed at the speed with which Herm destroyed this team. Man he's good at it!

I have the oakland-jags trainwreck to concentrate on. Actually, you've been very competitive all year long, losing 6 of our games in the late 4th quarter. And I think this game will be the same, though I don't think we'll win. Goodluck against Detroit. If their offense is on point, watch out!

Oops. Typo. I meant to say we've been competitive. My bad!

Eh... I might catch some of the second half after the 7-6 first half routine.

I'll watch it. My only hope is they have more sideline shots. I love it when they show Herm on the sideline and you can see that he has absoloutly no idea what is going on. The stupid looks on his face are priceless. Only think better would be having King Carl behind him holding and shaking his head. Or one of the players running up to Herm and punching his lights out. I nominate Tony G. for that honor.

If anything, I'd watch the first half and then switch off, with the embarrassing get-blown-out second half routine sure to ensue.
