Did he do one? If so, did he say anything worthwhile?

In this case it may be bloody, but I doubt that brain matter is a problem.

Heh. The radio station I listen to the Chiefs on has cut away right after the game for the last 2 weeks. No presser or interviews. They always stayed on for an hour before. Everybody is jumping off the sinking ship.

I was listening to 101 the Fox online and didn't hear it, that's why I asked.

They didn't even show it on Metro Sports. They have shown EVERY week, immediately after the game for years now. Today, they said they were having technical difficulties.

Technical difficulties = Herm peed his pants. I guess it's time to panic there Slappy.

The press was still on the field drinking Gatorade so they wouldn't have to listen to Herm.

I say give the guy a break. No matter who's fault it is (and there is plenty of blame to go round), losing 9 straight flat out stinks. What's he going to say?

I did hear some actual comments on in the background on my radio. I just didn't bother to pay attention. He did take the questions.

Did he mention how penalties hurt and turnovers are costly? Which we do every week.

I heard the one on one with the radio station I was listening to, it was disgusting.

He said that he was "Proud of this team."

Which part of being 4-11 and running headlong into a 4-12 season is he missing.

It's time for this guy to be sent to the showers ..... in Hoboken, NJ.

The only question I have is how long are we going to dick around with Herm? It may be time to find a new team. I wish Marty would get a job.

Hey, we were close in the 4th quarter. To Herm, that's just as good as a victory.

Herm was not proud of the way this team played "Arena Football" like today, scoring more than 5 points and throwing for 300+ yards.

When I listen to Herm talk I see nothing but bad things in store for this team. He's not good, not by any means.

Uhhh, I am....and no way does Herm deserve a break. Besides, he'd be the first to throw someone else under the bus.

I heard it, my wife heard it and laughed. I would have been pissed at her laughing if it wasn't for the fact that it was so stupid for him to even try to say something dumb as that.

We need a new HC and a new coaching staff. From the ground up, even if it means CP.

I think the guys with the white jackets might be looking for anyone that is expecting a win next week for KC.

Can you say 4-12?

I can assure you that Herm said you can't let the home team score first and fall behind. He will say that overall he thought the
Chiefs played a good game. He would say that Detriot is a very talented team and has good coaching. He would have said that you can't have turnovers on the road to a team of that calibar. He would say they had a couple of mixups on defensive assignments and blocking assignments. My God if you don't have the story down yet you must be morons. His statements every week are exactly the same. OH well next year you'll get to hear them all again possibly more that 10 times.

You have to seriously question the coaching on this team if the coaches do NOTHING at halftime and it turns out OK.

In his post game interview with Holthus, he further illustrated how, though he may great scout or position player, he is simply overmatched as a head coach.

Holthus began discussing going for 2 in the 4th quarter (why is this even a discussion). Herm mentioned he had to do it because (at this point I began waiting for the Capt. Obvious answer of, "to tie the game") if he went for one, then Detroit could have taken the lead with a field goal. Ummm...they could have done that no matter what decision he made. I'm not sure how that line of thinking was even part of the scenario. Unless I heard it completely wrong... the guy is nuts. I can imagine him saying that he'd have then had to go kick a field goal himself to take the lead... but I'm pretty sure that's not what I heard.

The boys on ESPN radio officially put Herm on the coaches hotseat list. Salsbury said he likes Herm, thinks hes a good coach but he not getting it done, therefore he puts him on the seat.

He should be because he's not getting it done and he doesn't have a clue how. His lack of preparation, strategy, lack of adjustments, in-game decisions, etc. often times make things worse. It's for those reasons that he should get canned the second the season ends. He's part of the problem - not the solution. Furthermore anyone in management who doesn't see that, needs to get canned with him.
