I am. 16-0 is a big deal. I wanna see it!

Also, more history...

71 total touchdowns- NFL record (just need one more)

551 points scored
6 shy of breaking NFL record

Tom Brady: 48 td passes
2 shy of breaking NFL record

Randy Moss: 21 TD receptions
2 shy of breaking NFL record

It's a history extravaganza Saturday night, and I wanna witness it!!!

16-0 is not perfection. 19-0 is.

I want to watch it as well. I'm going to have to find somebody who has NFL Network, though.

Yeah, but everybody's gonna have a Super Bowl party.

It's history either way.

No..I'll probably be having a "consume gratuitous amounts of alcohol at my local bar" party.

I'm not going out of my way to watch the Patriots win another game. I'll get to see and hear enough about them over the next month anyhow.

I'm not. I don't think that game is on TV. So, for me it doesn't exist. Oh well.

I'm gonna watch it. They have to win in the playoffs for it to mean shit though. Their season is just getting started.

Just think of this game as the prelude.

Because they're going 19-0.

That's me... I'm a player hater.

Where's the fun in that?

It would be fun to witness history. And I don't think anybody would threaten 19-0 for quite some time. Except for maybe the same Patriots team next year.

Not that I'd judge either way. I just find it hard to root for a team who's that much better than everyone else.

WTF happened to parity?

More so than that, the only team I want to see take that record is the Chiefs. It doesn't make me bitter, it makes me a Chiefs fan.

It disgusts me that every time I turn on ESPNEWS, the Patriots have their own tab on the bottom line. You know how it says "MLB", "NFL", "MCB", etc......the fackin' Pats get their own tab. Insulting.

I really don't buy into the whole "cheating" allegations anyway. Other teams are doing it too. The Pats just got caught because a former coach sold them out for his own gain. Which did him absolutely no good and created an even bigger monster in the process.

I would bet that if Mangini hadn't turned them in, they may have already lost a game by now. They have a chip on their shoulders now.

And officials on their sides. If it wasn't for bad officiating Baltimore would have beat them. That game was handed to New England by the officials. The NFL wants New England to have a "perfect" season. I'd be happy for them if they actually earned it.

As a diehard NFL fan I for one am enjoying this ride seeing history in the making. As for cheating, whatever,I'm not condoning what they did but it was week 1 and they have yet to lose.

I hope they go 16-0 and I'd love to see Brady get the td record, how sweet that would be to see Manning's record fall in front of Manning's lil bro.

Oh please Baltimore lost that game because their dumbass coach called a timeout at a paticularly bad time.

Couldn't have said it any better. Anything that takes records away from Manning and/or Marino makes me happy.

I want to attend the Roman ceremony where Don Shula and the rest of the undefeated Dolphin team enjoy one last bottle of champagne together then proceed to open their wrists while sitting in a hot bath.

They have to win the superbowl to achieve it, hopefully Indy comes into their house and beats them 23-0..

I would find it hilarious if they went 16-0, then lost in the playoffs or Super Bowl.

I actually would love to see them go 19-0....so they can all ride off into the sunset....and we can stop hearing about them 24/7.

If they go 19-0...Harrison, Seau, and others will retire....and maybe they lose a free agent here and there....and they can go back into being just an average to good team.

Patriots...please ride off into the sunset like Indiana and father Jones in the Last Crusade (never to be heard from again for at least 15 years when a sequel is due).

Yeah right. If they go 19-0 we'll never hear the end of it. They'll just become the modern day version of the '72 Dolphins.

I'm definitely enjoying this ride. It is going to add a whole extra level of drama around the NFL playoffs, which are by far the highlight of my sports-viewing year.

I was a hater of the '72 Dolphins and the 70's Steelers. That wasn't much fun. Since then, confined my hatred to the AFC West and I've tried to appreciate the other dynasties in the league for their excellence. I'm not a big Colts fan, but I'm not a full fledged hater either.

The Pats going 19-0 would be an even greater achievement if they beat the teams most people consider 2 and 3 (Indy and Dallas) twice in the same season.

Well said, however,I'm pulling for a Pats/Packer SB and would be good with either team winning it.

Glad i have NFL network, this may be their only game this year that is worth watching.
