4-12 in 2008?

What do you think it will take for Clark Hunt to fire Carl? It boggles the mind to see Carl still in charge after 19 years.
Would you be willing to endure another 4-12 season or worse in 2008 if Carl was fired after that? I would rather see that happen than another Carlesque 9-7 year followed by a very Carlesque "we are just a few players away" speech.

No way this team will win 4 games next year. We just had the most simple horrible offense ever and Herm wans it to be worse. I'm all for firing Solari but hiring Hackett or someone to call a game like Hacket would will only make it worse.

i would, providing this draft is a good one, we would again have fantastic spots (draft spots) to pick from. that with the boot to CP.. = win win

I'd take a 4-12 season for CP to be gone.

I think it's a reasonable expectation anyhow, since we're finally going to try to develop a QB, and bring in players through the draft, rather than FA.

Call me an optomist, but I'm hoping for a 6-10 season. That still ought to get the job done.

I hate seeing my team in this bad of shape. I will blame it on Carl and Herm. If you would guarantee me that both will get fired if the team goes below .500, I will gladly settle for a losing season in W/L's. The winning will be they get canned.

The sad thing is that I'm not convinced another 4-12 season would get Carl or Herm fired.
