I'm sitting here reading this old JoPo article about Derrick Johnson. Dick Vermeil says the following:

“With his talent,” Vermeil said, “he could be anything he wants.”

We put Allen on offense to utilize his talent. Why not Johnson? He's big, he's fast. Put the ball in hands. What do we have to lose?

Seriously. Wasn't Junior Seau moonlighting as a tight end a few years ago?

Sometimes you're not required to post stupid ideas.

The problem, you understand, is that when stupid ideas are all you have to work with, then if you want to post, then you really are required to post stupid ideas.

How stupid does an idea have to be before even GOATSE thinks it's stupid? My mind boggles.

This was half his plan
the other was to have LJ play middle line backer
so he could cross johnsons in public

JA playing offense is more of a testament to our lack of talent on offense than anything else.

I don't really believe that he believes it's a stuid idea.

Sadly, I believe he thinks it's brilliant.

I think it's fairly stupid and far from brilliant, but worth consideration.

It's not like I'm suggesting Jason Dunn could play LT.

For some stupid reason today I was thinking about Tank Tyler at Offensive guard Opposite Waters.

Tank's too dumb. I could see him as a Fullback on pure up-the-gut runs because there's not much thought involved. That's about the extent of his offensive potential.

I just had a crazy idea.

I don't know if it's ever been done before, or if it'll even work, but I think we should try it.

How about we sign and draft players that have played a position for years, and let them attempt to play that position?

What do we have to lose?
Football games.

GoChiefs is in denial on the fact that most of us on this board know what he is. An immature, fat, uneducated, dipsht who still sponges off his parents at the age of 28. Yep, a total loser who has never had a date, written a rent check or paid a utility bill. And he has absolutely NO practical experience in football at any level. He has not played the game at any level. And this was all before he hooked up with the biggest fraud KC has ever known: Nick "The Erroneous One" Athan. Clayton has not one ounce of credibility and is generally viewed as an assclown who as been ejected from message boards on multiple occasions. The fatass can't do one pullup and has absolutely NO athletic ability. So read his crap at your own peril.

Well, when you put it that way, then it doesn't seem so stupid.

We're already losing football games.

find one to return kicks

How about we draft a DE/DT from Tennessee that really only had one good year in college in the second round, and once he declares that he's thrilled to get the opportunity to stick to DT, try to play him at DE and DT all over again.

It doesn't doesn't seem like such a crazy idea, I mean it works pretty well up here in New England. Good players make plays when asked to do so.
