Never seen this before. Surely the degree of difficulty on this is quite high?

Not sure about difficulty, some chick does quite easily in her matches.. I just think most guys are not nimble enough or light enough to do it in most matches..

Actually, I think that is a move he learned in high school on dates. In regular form, it's called the "half-nelson B.J." where in a parked car you begin to make out with a girl. You slip one hand behind the neck, carressing it at first, but then you begin to apply a gradually increased pressure to the back of the neck, until her head is down near your crotch. This not-so-suble approach fails nine out of ten times. But that tenth time.... PBJ

This is a twist on the method by which instead of bringing the head to the crotch, you lift the crotch up to the head. The means by which the subject has no way of escaping resuts in an increase in success rate.

NOTE: do not attempt ona girl who has braces.

At a blackbelt competition such as that it must be borderline impossible. But the technique in it self isnt that hard. Ive done it a bunch of times in training mostly against bigger guys who wont just drop me on my head cause they cant support my weight though.

Pick the side the guy has the underhook on, and grab the collar extend your elbow outwards. Then take a step forward with the leg on the same side. Pull him back somewhat to create an angle to place your oposite knee in. As he starts pulling back use that motion as you swing your leg (on the same side that you grabbed the collar on the one that isnt wedged between his ribs) leg over. Use your weight to align yourself, as he will likely hunch over. Extend and get the tap or get dropped on your head.

I've seen it done in actual mma events a couple of times but without that big wheel kick first, it's one of the greatest things to see in live competition, blows you away.

that sounds somewhat difficult to pull off and also requires a lot of practice. I prefer the crowbar move myself:D
