I just did. Thanks George. A new first for me. Sitting here in my office with a sniper on the roof across the street, repeatedly pointing it at the building I'm in.

He's a solid 200 yards, I don't stand a chance.

Now he and his buddy have the binoculars out and they're scouring the buildings. If you're on a rooftop around Crown Center I recommend not making any sudden movements.

Heh. Now there's another team atop another building. His gun is even bigger. The first guy is probably envious.

Right now they're all standing around looking through their binoculars. I imagine they're bird watching. Dumbasses. Don't they realize it's winter?

I know a guy who works in a building at the old airport downtown. President Bush flew in one day and this guy cut out a life-sized adult male from cardboard, complete with a rifle and stuck it near a window facing the runway.

Secret Service wasn't amused.

Last I heard all the roads were open, but the lit cop cars are starting to show up at Hallmark.

Ok the press corp and about 30 other vehicles just showed.

These types only respect a show of force. I would recomend you go down to shipping and get a big cardboard box. Now, draw out a full-life size AR-15 image on the cardboard and cut it out. Get a black sharpie and color it. Once you have your cardboard cutout colored, go stand in the window with it.*

I had a guy stop his Jeep and scope our goose decoy spread once while we were hiding under the deeks. We jumped up and started waving our arms and he took off. He some years later committed suicide.

A kid in Wichita or Topeka was killed this very same way last season.

So you hide UNDER the decoys? Then some drunken idiot shoots at the decoys, misses, and hits the hunter?

Sound like sweet irony to me.

hey reerun, how's flying going? You up and running?

Its going well, I spend most of my time instructing new pilots, but recently the trips in the BeechJet are picking up... Been several very cool places, heading to Virgina next week.

I have an offer to stay here in OKC and work for them full time when I get to 1000 hours total time, or possibly move to Wichita (heaven forbid) and work for Hawker BeechCraft in the corp flight dept when I get another 50 hours Multi Engine or Jet time.

So have some touch choices to make soon.
