I should've noted that they will be focusing on offseason needs, and possible drafting directions.

It will be Kiper and McShay pimping Jake Long.

Mel Kiper will talk about how bad our line was, how much we need Jake Long, but since he'll be gone we'll go ahead and pick Clady with the #5.

They'll just talk about OL and that's it, they don't ever see any kind of big picture.

McShay thinks J. Long will probably be gone. I bet he says M. Ryan or S. Ellis which is fine by me.

For some reason, I'm expecting the sounds of crickets chirping for 30 minutes. :)

3 PM CMT with a replay at noon the next day. I hear the Raiders got raked over the coals yesterday. Want to see the replay today. Jerry Porter saying, get me the hell out of here

The guys were complimenting Croyle and said he was the right guy for the job. Glad to hear that from someone outside the organization.

typical ESPN no insightful breakdown..........

That's a half hour of my life I'll never get back.

ESPN is bad.... I hope for LJ and Chiefs sake he is a beast this year. Foot injury though.

Right now.

I'm a Sean Salisbury fan. I think he genuinely knows his shit. He just backed Croyle as much as one can at this point. Says he needs to get stronger, but he has all the tools to be a very good player in this league. That was cool. Of course Kiper saying we need to draft Jake Long and others. They also touched on our WR situation and the fact that DBowe is the first playmaker we've had at the position in a long time. They said to find someone to compliment him.

You could honestly make a case for the Chiefs needing a player at every single position.

I don't think we need a RB, or a TE, but I know what you're saying. You could make a case for any spot.

I was expecting problems with our snapper but he surprised as well...

which is why they went 4-12 and have a top 5 pick

This team still had a lot of talent. Mostly on offense.

There's no excuse for that record.

Flat out: they gave up or underachieved...

They did both. If it happens again, the head coach has to go. That is flat out inexcusable in every sense of the word. They get paid a shit ton of money to NOT do that. It was disgusting to watch, but I was honestly happy to get the big draft pick.

You could make a case that there is a need for both of those positions as well, albeit not as pressing.

We don't know if LJ is ever going to be a "beast", and how healthy he is going to be.

I am honestly not expecting much.

And if TG goes down, we're ****ed.

Herm also stated that the team is going to cut around 20 players. Thought that was interesting. Never heard a actual number.

I'd love for you to show me where this "talent" is...

If you start comparing to the rest of the teams, the Chiefs talent level is pretty on par with the other teams with awful records more than it is with the teams with good or even average records..

Example, Arizona went I believe 8-8, you think the Chiefs are as talented as them? I sure don't...
