I haven't watched an All-Star game in any sport in years.

The only sporting event that is nearly as irrelevent is the NIT in college hoops.

Yea, honestly i would have to agree.

I hate how MLB tried to drum up phony interest in their game by making the outcome mean something.

It's the All-star game. They don't play defense in regular games, this game they put out lawn chairs so the defenders can sit back and watch the alley-oops.

I watched a couple of minutes just a little while ago. The crowd looks positively bored. Almost as bored as the players.
