You know what would be a pretty cool (I think) fundraising idea? Give out Casino Cash for donations. People have been asking about how to get more money since the Casino was put up. If you were to offer to give out $100 in casino cash for every $1 donated to the server fund, I'd bet you get a pretty decent stream of income.

I actually won a bit at blackjack yesterday. I started at $700 and was losing my ass betting $5-10 at a time. I said screw it and started betting $100 per hand. I was down to about $300 and went on a run. Once I hit $1,000 I quit.
