One year incentive contracts to two Chargers???

I way with all the gaping holes we need to fill sign Olivea and Neal to one year incentive laden contracts would be better than most of the young scrubs the Chiefs are chasing and failing to sign.

I don't know a whole lot about Olivea, but I'd definitely be for it for Neal. He probably won't be around long, but fullbacks aren't really the type that you have to keep around and develop, so bringing in a young FB with "potential" wouldn't help all that much. For the most part, they've either got it or they don't.

Neal is done. His skills have diminished, he's also too old for a team in transition.

I would strongly consider signing Olivea.
Neal's over the hill and doesn't have much left in the tank. Him...I'll pass on.
