I searched for Kansas', and a lot of them are giving rides to students between Lawrence and KC, loaning $10 for shoes... there was one where a $1300 car was given to an athlete. Not to say that none of it is 'major', but there's quite a large range. I think a better indication would be to add up the penalties (postseason, tv, probation, recruiting, etc) and see just how major the major penalties are...
