Dedicated COD4 server question...

I have recently built a new computer for my gaming needs. I want to take my previous computer and make it my own dedicated server for COD4. Is this possible?

Here is some of the info if it helps any.

High Speed internet
AMD Dual Core Processor 2.2Ghz
3 GB RAM
250GB HDD
Game is already installed on that computer.
The computer would be used only as a game server. Nothing else.

I cant help, but I love COD4 and I absolutely hate how the online is run for 360.

I see no reason what so ever why that would not work as a server.
