After all these years, I'm FINALLY going to see Iron Maiden, this June in Winnepeg. Ordered the tickets last night, hell yeah!!! I haven't been this excited for a cincert in a looooong time.

why don't they ever tour N America? it's always south america or something.

This date is on a W. Canadian leg they're doing, mostly Sask/Manitoba. They have/had quite a few dates in the US this year, just really nothing up the midwest. On a sidenote: I caught "Classic Albums: Number of the Beast" on VH1 Classic last night. Great stuff. I'll probably buy the DVD. I ordered the 2-DVD "Live After Death" last week.
Can't wait to see that in 1080p.

Saw 'em in the late 80s. Fun show. Surprised they're still touring though. I imagine they've gone all out and bought the walkers with little wheels on the front legs?

They are still excellent musicians,Bruce shows his age but they're still good enough, should be a great show dude - let us know how it goes!

Isn't it because they have a problem with Sharon Osbourne? They toured on Ozzfest awhile back, and got into it with her. She went as far as to give the audience rotten eggs to throw at them while they were on stage, so the story goes.
