That's really terrible. How do you lose to the Royals on opening day? Tigers left tons of men on base and their fantastic addition of Renteria can't even hit a freaking fly ball. Bullpen of course couldn't keep it tied for too long, that's just expecting way too much.

Gil Meche is good. But clearly our offense was not up to snuff today, especially against a AAA bullpen.
