As of right now I work for the local county Registrar of Voters office as an Election Technician.

But considering that I'm going to school for Web Design.....I plan on creating web sites as a side business.

I graduated from KU with a Poli Sci degree, and spent four yrs as an Army officer. Tried Medical sales for a year in 1990, before deciding to become a teacher. Taught for 13-14 yrs while completing master's degrees in secondary education and administration ... thought about becoming an administrator ... but got some spam about the potential profitability of starting an internet porn service. I researched online for government grants to start the business, and Senators Obama and Clinton provided earmarks to the tune of $370,000 in start-up costs. Your tax dollars are working for me. Yea, me.

After beginning part-time, and making an extra $600-800 per month during the first year...our business now supports us to the tune of approximately $8-10K per month, and our prospectus projects that within five years we'll be a multi-million dollar business....and I'm hoping to retire (from active involvement) by age 50, upon which time I will buy the Chiefs from the Hunt family, fire Peterson (and hire a mafia hit on him the same weekend), offer Herm a position as defensive back's coach, and Gunther a position as motivational speaker for a regional program of Chief's sponsored football camps that I will start.

On a side-note, female porn stars from my business will double as and become the Chief's cheerleaders, and I intend to hire "retired" porn stars from my business as secretarial assistants to me and my staff.

I figure I'll hire Coogs to be the General Manager, Phobia to replace Thum, and Gochiefs will become the new Bob Gretz. Skip Towne will become our public relation's director, and Cntrygal, Vonne Marie, Red 'n Fiesty (minus CinW), Angel, JazzzLovr, KSSmitty, and Carlotta will head season ticket "retention" center. Nzoner will be in charge of marketing, KCMizzou will manage the Pavillion and Arrowhead clubs, and Rain Man will be hired to manage our custudial and grounds crew. Hamas will head Parking, StevieRay entertainment and celebrity bookings, and royr17 internet relations.

Well, I've been an independent painting contractor for about eight years, if you want to call that a business. I did have a part time job for a while in 2006 though, and I worked as a project supervisor for about six months last year, but I found that I just don't work well with others anymore.

Weren't you contemplating a career change about a year ago? What did you decide to pursue?

Well, consider Gates onion rings, sweet potatoe desert, and FRESH fries...kick ass. The pickle chips....are also good "veggies" too.

Just limit the burnt ends and sausage to once, per week, each....okay?

I considered administration....but $10-15,000 to earn the PhD and choosing to stay with family in SD precludes that, unless I win the lottery/we get a new Sup sometime soon (one I haven't pissed off,).... or if a "suburban/rural" job becomes appealing.

The former is unlikely, while the latter...in SD, could happen...but may require patience....due to the sparse population/opportunities.

I'm writing a book, and thinking about moonlighting instead.
