Question for serious photographers on the CP:

I am a photography enthusiast. My old Olympus OM-1 SLR and a great deal of lenses and accessories have served me well for a long time. They are still in great condition. I have decided to finally join the 21st century and go digital SLR. I'm looking at a couple of brands and models, such as Nikon D80 and Canon EOS 40D. However I love the lenses that I have for my Olympus. If I went with an Olympus digital SLR similar to the above, will I be able to use my old lenses, or are they totally different animals?
