41 hours in an elevator. What would you do?

I can't embed the video unfortunately, but this link has a video of a guy trapped in an elevator for 41 hours. They sped it up so you can see it in its entirety.
I would be insane by the end, and would definitely smell terrible. Also, knowing that there are cameras would restrict some things I would do :evil:.
Pretty crazy that there was a camera and this was a huge, busy office building, and yet the guy was still in there for 41 hours.

Reading the article, it seems this happened at 11pm on a Friday night. SO I guess I can see how no one would notice on the monitors. It's interesting that the maintenance guys never noticed one elevator wasn't coming to work on... but again... how would they know someone was in there?

If I had something to occupy my time such as a book it wouldn't be that bad but if not I would start to lose it quickly. I would imagine that after more than 10 hours or so I would likely start devising some absurd plan to climb up to the next floor to get my ass out of there.

This happened quite a while ago, if I remember correctly. Apparently the aftermath completely derailed his life. He didn't go back to work because his lawyers advised him that it would hurt his lawsuit, lost his job, then the suit dragged on for four years before he settled for something in the low six-figures.
