What if it was "Allen has no one but himself to blame for all of this"

No way. He's going to rip Carl the biggest new orifice of all time.

WHITLOCK - King should be dethroned

WHITLOCK - Carl dumps Allen, will Clark dump Carl?

WHITLOCK - Carl wins battle of egos

Of course he will, he hates Carl and Carl hates him.

I'm not waiting on Whitlock to give an unbiased, informative opinion on this issue.

I'm going with:

"Rap music made Allen a drunk"

'this town ain't big enough for the both of them' seems appropriate

"Rap music made Allen a drunk"Heh. Must be the honky-tonk backlash to all this hip-hop culture.

FWIW, I don't think they write their own headlines anyway, do they?

Heh. Must be the honky-tonk backlash to all this hip-hop culture.

"The mullett is just JA's reaction to Country-thug-club-culture. His latest video with Billy Ray is proof enough that he's more ego than sack-attack..."

This is when Whitlock usually does something completely opposite of the obvious.

I expect an endorsement of the "rebuilding years" article....

I expect an endorsement of the "rebuilding years" article....He does tend to have a knack for that.

Good call.

I could see that. He probably wrote 2 articles, one for each side of the fence and then decides which to print. This is where out of the blue he praises the Chiefs for having some cajones, standing up to a drunk and rebuilding the franchise from the bottom up with young players, like they've been needing to do for years.

In a "who's more pathetic race" the Vikes and Chiefs are as dead even as anyone.

I can't think of a team that's a more perfect comparison...

This is "GoChiefs" that is the thread starter and you have to ask WHY? :hmmm:

"Jason Whitlock has been creating water-cooler conversation in Kansas City since his arrival at The Star in 1994. His award-winning newspaper columns shock the funny bone, challenge conventional wisdom and cause readers to re-think their positions."

I love the description that the Star has of him... He really does make me re-think my position... because he sounds like such an idiot and therefore I go the opposite direction from him!!!

I'd have to say that the Jets are a more perfect comparison.
