Well he played at Texas for 4 years so I figured most people would have atleast heard of him.My job blew up last fall, so I missed about 3/4 of the college season, and most of the games I did catch were Kansas, Missouri or Kansas State on the radio (at work...). Makes it kind of difficult to follow along on draft day. Hell, at this point I couldn't tell you who 95% of the players on Michigan's roster are....

I'm actually just happy I could take yesterday off. May be the only free weekend I have until mid-June.

I think you are dead on. Speculation is that Carl will be stepping down in the next few months. On Friday Bob Gretz, Carls radio sideline boy was fired. Kendall Gammons will be the new Chiefs Fox Radio sideline reporter and the main contact to the Chiefs. Changes are coming fast and furious at One Arrowhead Drive.

A highly intelligent athlete, he graduated from high school after only three years and then took just a little over three years to earn his degree at Clemson.

Richardson earned All-Atlantic Coast Conference first-team honors the last two seasons, become the school's first offensive tackle to repeat those honors Jim Bundren (1996-97).

Thrust into the lineup as a freshman, he started 45-of-49 games in which he appeared for the Tigers. In 2004, he became Clemson's first first-year freshman to start for the course of a season on the offensive line since 1943. He was also the first first-year fresh-man offensive lineman to start more than one game in a season since Joe Bostic (1975).

At Wando High School, Richardson excelled on the football field and in the classroom, as he became the first Clemson signee to ever graduate after three years. He started all three seasons for head coach Bob Hayes. The offensive tackle graded 85% for blocking consistency, as he registered 31 knockdown blocks during his final prep season.

Barry Richardson is a massive drive blocker, but his teammates viewed him as the "silent giant," letting his play on the field do the talking. A highly intelligent athlete, he graduated from high school after only three years and then took just a little over three years to earn his degree at Clemson.

Richardson earned All-Atlantic Coast Conference first-team honors the last two seasons, become the school's first offensive tackle to repeat those honors Jim Bundren (1996-97).

Thrust into the lineup as a freshman, he started 45-of-49 games in which he appeared for the Tigers. In 2004, he became Clemson's first first-year freshman to start for the course of a season on the offensive line since 1943. He was also the first first-year fresh-man offensive lineman to start more than one game in a season since Joe Bostic (1975).

At Wando High School, Richardson excelled on the football field and in the classroom, as he became the first Clemson signee to ever graduate after three years. He started all three seasons for head coach Bob Hayes. The offensive tackle graded 85% for blocking consistency, as he registered 31 knockdown blocks during his final prep season.

As much as we have seen everyone on the line moved around the past few years, I guess we all have been trained to believe that is the way it works. And you hear it said alot that a guy who is soso on the left would be a good RT. Hence the reason that many of us think moving McIntosh to the right would be a good move. Arguably, McIntosh was the best tackle we had last year, and everyone just wants to keep him starting and if not at LT, then where?

This is about the time where I am totally fine with the chiefs taking a "Who?!?" type of player. Those guys where during scouting your coaches notice something about a guy they like, and secretly write his name down in a notebook, hoping no one else notices.

Some guys just get graded out low, I remember I liked Chris Clemons when he came out of Georgia and he went undrafted and has still had a solid career.
