ESPN by default. I'd rather watch it on the NFL Network, but my school doesn't have the channel anymore. Damn Time Warner.

Ill flip between both. I really dig NFL Networks no nonsense approach.

ESPN is all style no substance at times.

Here is how I expect the ESPN coverage to be during the #5 pick:

Commish: "Kansas City is now on the clock..."

ESPN: commercial.........

Kiper, back from break: "The Chiefs should seriously look at Brandon Albert here, even though it may be too early" (a minute or so of tape on Albert)

Berman: (snarky comment about how terrible the Chiefs' line was last year)

Tom Jackson: (uproarious laughter)

Berman: "Anyway, we are getting closer to the Patriots' pick. Who will they be looking at?"

ESPN crew: (5 minutes of Spygate and BB talk)

ESPN: commercials......................................................................................... ..................

Kiper, back from break: "The Jets should be looking at Darren McFadden here......"

Me: "Crap!" (looks at ticker to see who Chiefs picked)

This is why I am watching NFL Network coverage this year.

I will be in a hotel tomorrow... So I'm guessing ESPN.
Do hotels generally carry ESPN in their base cable packages?

I'm still watching it on ESPN. Force of habit, you know. But from the 2nd round on ESPN will go to commercial every f***ing time the Chiefs are about to pick anyway. So this year I have Dish Network and the NFL channel as my backup.

I will probably watch it on espn, I already know I won't be able to get on Chiefsplanet, so I'll just be glued to the TV

Well... I'm usually 'busy' when I stay in hotels so I don't pay much attention to the roster of Cable channels.

I will probably be bouncing back and forth from ESPN and NFLN...

Tomorrow is either going to be fantastic or dreadful. Nothing in between I'm afraid. :doh!:

NFLN, I don't think I could take Kiper for another year.

NFLN, I dont have any interest in watching ESPN's coverage of the draft. ESPN commentators just go on & on about the teams that interest them and dont really pay attention to the rest. if ESPN even mentions who the chiefs pick, it will be a lucky coincidence.

We have a shit ton of picks and they love Herm Edwards so I expect the Chiefs to actually get some air time this weekend.

Going with NFL Network.

Last year Berman was announcing who the pick was before the Commish did. When it comes down to it, its not a huge deal, because it's the message that's important, not the messenger, but it got annoying.

This one's easy. Go ESPN

And I'll offer this up as a warning to not watch the NFL network's coverage.

Last year I watched the NFL network and with practically every pick Adam Schefter (sp?) would come on just before the pick with inside information and tell you who the team was picking.

STFU!!!

I know he’s trying to be on the ball but he took all the fun out of it.

So buyer beware.

Dude, it's the ****ing draft. Do you really need to be able to count all 9 of Berman's remaining hairs or what?...
