Screw the beer. I have been making home-brew for a little while now but home-made WINE is where it is at. WHOA BABY! Good stuff and quite the kick! I got a "ned-kneck" recipe and it's pretty darn good. Beer takes 2-3 months to brew and it was very good but my red-neck wine took less than 3 weeks and it ain't bad if I do say so myself. I'm done with beer for a while, wine is where it's at for now!! woo hoo

Moonshine is better...the only problem is that I need a braille keyboard now. :(

The Hutterites in this area are famous for their "Hutt wine." I had a friend who left a colony and he'd always bring the home-made wine to parties and drink that shit instead of beer. Tasted like old coffin lining.

I loved that little dude....as for the wine. All it is is grape juice, sugar and yeast. I will give more details later. On my way to work right now.
