hired a new gal a couple of weeks back for a sales position. if she can improve her closing technique I think she might make it. she's got the damned-est habit of non-stop chatter I think I've ever heard though. it's so pronounced as to smack of neurosis. amateur Freuds: what would the diagnosis/source of this affliction be?---ever been around someone like this?

I haven't been on a call with her yet--I've let her sit in on a couple of mine. If she's chatty like that with a prospective client, it will definitely be a handicap.
