yah... i don't know what to say... sometimes i see the progress then they play a series like they did in boston... Boston just tore us a new asshole, and its really pissing me off because i hate everything boston with a passion...

The team is not going to be truly competitve in that division until they can at least spend to the league average. They've had some pretty fair players come up from their farm system but it seems one of two things will happen. They are either brought up too soon and flop or they sign on with another team once their talent is brought to the fore. About the only star player the Royals have been able to keep in the last decade was Mark Sweeney and that was only because he developed injury problems.
