So what will it be this year? How will Carl work his magic to **** this team up during camp for the year ala Drummond? :(

If Whitlock is accurate, Herm is now calling those shots.

If they don't give Sippio a starting job, it'll be chaos.

How many do we not have signed yet? End of story

Carl will take his frustration out on the first round rookies and never sign them due to his men's bike seat being so painful.

I don't even want to think about it........

If Dorsey and Albert are not in camp at the start or couple days in I would call it the worst start to the best draft of his career.

He will let Herm coach the team....

Is that good or bad?

On a serious note it will be interesting to see how Carl greets Allen in Mankato, if at all.

I think Drummond was more of Herm's call with a high recommendation from special teams coach Pfeifer who's dad coached him in Detroit.

More love for the training camp scrub Phinnesse. Gotta love Hard Knocks.

This was cronyism at it's best. No way to run an NFL team. Then Herm never made the change. This was sad and very maddening.

Well now considering that the Top 4 picks have all signed yet Dorsey hasn't this probably means it will be mid-camp before he does get signed screwing up his whole rookie season.

I wouldn't be surprised if Albert is very late as well.

We really need them both signed no later than the 2nd or 3rd day of camp.

Weren't they supposed to have some kind of owners meeting over the weekend? Anyone know what came of it. It had something to do with new contracts running in to 2011

IMO Albert should be top priority. He needs all the work he can get in learning his postion. Dorsey needs to be there too but I think he can catch up easier than someone learning left tackle in the NFL.

They ALL should be SIGNED BEFORE training camp. We have a rookie pool-we can't spend anymore than that-we also have the slating system and the top 4 are ALL SIGNED-the only reason to not sign them is to be ****ing cheap and hold on to the money just a little longer making more interest on it. The Chiefs have zapped the fun out of the game for me.

he want's his 1st rounders to sign late to save money and hopefully let him take them to lunch and make it look like HE made the difference.

Glenn Dorsey: Carl wants to see you in the River Falls Groundskeeper's shed.
Brandon Albert: Carl wants to have dinner with you at the River Falls Denny's.

See? he's on it.

Nobody can resist the power of the shed, or the power of Denny's.

think about it this way ...... for every day that the chiefs wait to sign Dorsey they save the daily interest on the 10-15 dollars they will use on the signing bonus.

what about 1100 dollars each day?

1 month = 33,000 or the amount it takes to sign a 6th rounder

An offer made to a 1st round pick in June is what CP is hanging his hat on.

Do we need to go down memory lane with the Chiefs, Training Camp, 1st round picks and contracts?

Whenver Carl speaks he always says the ball is in "the other guys'" court.
