Nope it's based on the regular season records. Except for 31/32 which are the superbowl teams. #30 would mean best regular season record in the NFL unless 31 or 32 had better ones.

You can list most positions and say we're weak there and be correct....

There isn't a position other than TE or RB that we could use a player at and those positions have older players in the lead role.
