Heh, I was at this game. Buddy Ryan thought he was this big tough shit kinda coach. I remember seeing Bono running and thinking WTF? GO, Go!

LOL! This is classic! It took Bono a half hour to chug those 76 yards, but look at Joe "tackle eligible" Valerio wave him on! ROFL

I was one of the people who saw that live as it happened - and wondered how the hapless Cardinals could be so duped. But if you follow the fake, that's Marcus Allen crashing into the 5 hole and all eyes are on him, not Bono.

I have that game on VHS, but I actually went the game back in 95. The entire stadium thought Marcus Allen had the ball and the Cardinals fans were cheering because they thought they had stopped him on 3rd and 1. All of a sudden everyone looks up and sees Bono and Valerio running down the sidelines 30 yards away from the nearest player. That was by far the best road game I ever went to.

I don't remember if that was the one in the Kingdome in Seattle, but my very first Chiefs game started just like that. 1st ****ing series and Aguiar throws this lob that looks like a punt that Lockett just went up and grabbed. That was a great ****ing game and we kicked the shit out of the Seahawks by like 17. What a great day that was for me. Derrick signed my cousins jersey, Louie came out drinkin Rainier beer. Mike Stock got me Tony's autograph. I was an awe struck little punk. Not many of those opportunities out in Seatown.
