Seriously, go home and sit down in the room best equipped for sound. Turn on your hi-fi, dial it up to 11, and listen to Pantera's "Walk."

Honestly, I feel a lot better. Simple, yet effective.

What's great is that you can follow it with many different treatments (GnR's Welcome, System's Chop Suey or Aerials, etc.) to achieve a prolonged effect.

I made a mistake and listened to Chris Gaines. Now I'm contemplating suicide.

The song Big Log by Robert Plant always mellows me out.

I probably should listen to it a bit more often. :grr:

hey deberg....if you missed the garth brooks concert.... there was some gaines love

The opening night of Brooks' November 2007 nine-concert stand at the Sprint Center in Kansas City was "protested" by a local group of performance artists handing out "Missing Person" flyers for Gaines as a part of "The Chris Gaines Initiative." [1]
