I don't think he was qualified to be a head coach in the first place. Anything Al Davis does, I pretty much want to do the opposite. You could probably land a job in football that way. Just call Al, ask him what to do, then do the opposite. It'd be Super Bowl city baby.

i dont know if you can judge a coach based on their body of work under Al Davis. It's like sending a guy to run a marathon in high heels and then saying his time is crappy.
