Hopefully this is a deal where a change of scenery does the trick, but his injury history is discouraging to say the least.

He's a talented guy, although I haven't seen him play since his last knee injury. As a rebuilding team, this is a guy worth taking a chance on.

He is 26 years old. Looked good in college. He is a little over 6'1" in height and around 200. Coming out in the draft in 2005 he was pretty fast with a 4.37 at the NFL combine.

Dont we need a QB to throw the long ball at him?

Is Huard capable of launching a 50 yarder?

Looks like Devard Darling may have a new challenger for his starting job. Too bad the Chiefs put Price on the PS only to lose him to the Pats. I think this signing indicates the unhappiness with Darling's play.

NO absolutely not. I hated Warfield, and glad to see him go. Biesel as well, but Price just made plays when given the opportunity. More than anyone else in the PS. If your evaluating guys in the PS do you not take ntice of the ones who make plays? What the *** did Sams do? Or Webb? Price was our 2nd best WR. IMO. I wanted to see him get a shot, and with our WRs he should have at least been given one.

Mark Bradley-WR- Chiefs Oct. 1 - 12:11 pm et

Chiefs agreed to terms with former Bears WR Mark Bradley on a two-year contract.
Bradley has plenty of ability, but he simply can't stay healthy. It's worth noting that Bears beat writers have questioned his route running as well. Still, the lack of quality options behind Dwayne Bowe in Kansas City could lead to playing time once he gets acclimated.

I'm going to reserve judgment on this guy.
I need to see him do something in a real game situation.
He hasn't done much during his time in the NFL.

We've had a bunch of talented guys at that position.
None have been able to put it all together though...
Except Bowe.

I think we really should've invested in a decent #2 this off-season.

That's what usually happens.

Young players on this team that play well in pre-season games are routinely overlooked.

We have a couple reliable pass-catchers so we're in a spot where we can try different guys out at the #2 spot until we find the right fit. I'd rather that guy be a proven commodity or a young player who hasn't been given a chance.

I think Roy is capable of being a #1, but he is bitching Deee Troit that he isnt getting the ball much and Johnson is the main guy. Well duh, johnson is an absolute stud in the making, via the Moss's and Owens of the world. I think he would likely go somewhere to be the #1. I would love for us to make a run at him or Boldin personally.

Thus far we've seen that Darling just isn't going to figure into this offense enough to take pressure off of Bowe or Gonzalez. The Jeff Webb experiment has already failed in my estimation.

Franklin is our only hope for finding a #2 guy.
The sooner he gets a chance to start...the better.
We need to see what the kid has.

If he can't produce there either... We'll need to make a run at someone in FA or draft another WR.
