Outsourcing:

I was depressed last night so I called the Suicide Helpline. I got a call center in Pakistan.

I told them I was suicidal.

They got all excited and asked if I could drive a truck.

This doesn't work well in text form, but as I read it I realize that with the proper pacing it could be a strong segment in a stand up act.
