Just got a fax machine..do you have to have long distance to fax? If you dont have it are you just charged a per minute rate from where your sending it to, and 800#s are free? Thanks

I believe the rates are comparible to phone charges.

It's the very same thing as a phone call. It is a phone call. The phone company doesn't differentiate.

unless you have some strange phone service, a fax machine will not cost you anything more than a regular telephone call will.

need to send a paper to someone in Washington DC? Your charges SHOULD be the normal, per minute charge that you would have to pay for a LD phone call.

lol..I usually just go somewhere to have shit faxed but I've been faxing a lot lately, especially after starting online classes, so i had to get a fax machine..wasn't sure on how it worked. Thanks

I thought about that..then I figured he would realize that his name is that of equipment used to transfer information from one location to another and start wearing a super hero cape and come up with a motto and really I dont think that gimmick would work so well

Plus, he's a busy man these days and would probably just ban me from the Planet for even asking
