Chiefs Punter Dustin Colquitt Ruled Out Vs Jets

Chiefs punter Dustin Colquitt apparently has been downgraded from questionable to out for Sunday's game against the Jets. That information comes courtesy the Jets' public relations department. Colquitt has been bothered by a groin injury, and the Chiefs claimed former Saints punter Steve Weatherford off waivers this week as a precaution.

I knew Herm could destroy QB's but punters? That takes special ineptitude.

Who needs a punter when you've got a quarterback like Thigpen to just throw them the ball instead?

Great. Our heart and soul is out. Here's what I think they should do on every fourth down: Throw hail marys and hope for pass interference.

*edit DEFENSIVE pass interference!

You heard it here first:

Whoseitsname (our punter for the week) is gonna bomb 5 consecutive 60+ yard punts with at least 2 fumbles caused by the wicked spin he puts on the ball.

Ecstatic that we have found yet another perennial pro bowl punter, the Chiefs immediately put Colquitt up for trade at the end of the season garnering a 1st & 3rd pick from a team who will wind up picking in the top 10.

From there we draft Stafford & Ray Maualuga who both turn out to be studs.

We also go on to draft a RT who will be an eventual HOF'er with our second pick and pick up the next Neil Smith and DT with our pair of 3rd picks.

ITS IN THE BAG!!!!

Other than Colquitt being injured, who else is inactive for this week's game?
