I've said this before.

I've watched a couple of TB games and Monte Kiffen and his staff are getting pretty good play from Sims.

Not 3rd overall type play, but far more than our defensive staff ever got.

I have no faith in Cunther and this staff to develop players to play at the level of their talent.

Yea, I saw Sims' sack too. Makes you wonder about our organization when other teams make them look good (Joe Horn knows this),

Kickoffs were better than Novak's, for sure.

It would help if our coaching staff was smart enough to line up Dorsey at UT and Tank at NT instead of the other way around, much like how they have been playing Hali in the wrong position until today. Glenn also is doing better than what a lot of other great DT's did their rookie years, so I'm not worried.

i was excited when i heard Novak was cut, Barth was the guy I wanted as our kicker to begin with.
