:eek: that's a tough one to spit, I mean swallow. Too bad police/courts have to get involved over a water fight. I'm glad they're responding to those calls instead of responding a REAL serious call. I'm still wondering if she did something to provoke him. People today wouldn't last an hour 100 years ago. This kind of charge would be considered a weekly shower.

I have no clue honestly. I was watching an episode of cops and some dude was fighting with his wife and he was punching and kicking walls while they argued and police arrived, saw the all holes and arrested him there on the spot for assault.

oh man! talk about embarrassing! At least he didn't rape her and shoot her sister dead. Instead he peed on her dog and wanted to leave and the only way out was through her sister. I'd just stay out of the guy's way. No need to be a hero there because he obviously wanted to leave.
