I walk into my bathroom the other day, and there's this bug I've never seen before on the floor. I pick it up with a piece of paper and throw it outside. A day or two later, I notice one on the wall in my office. My cat currently seems enthralled with something on the carpet in the living room.

It reminds me of a centipede, only with longer legs and long antennas. Maybe that is a centipede, and I've just never seen one fully grown or something. I don't know. I'd say they've been no more than approximately 3/4 of an in long.

Yes. I guess it is a centipede, then.

It's a house centipede. They're attracted to moisture, it may mean there is a water leak somewhere in your building. You might want to notify your landlord about it.

And of course I live on the bottom floor. I'm glad I'm moving at the end of the month.

It's not a silverfish, if that's what you're thinking.

In that case, I wouldn't worry about it.

Don't go to bed without your chastity belt. It'll crawl up your cooter and lay eggs.

One day a guy gets a knock on his door... he opens his front door, looks outside and sees a snail on the welcome mat. He picks it up and throws it as far as he can. Two years later the same man answers another knock on his front door and once again sees a snail on his welcome mat, and the snail asks "WTF was that all about?".

Pshaw....

Check out this insect (arachnid) that was in our bathroom in Mexico. My wife shrieked the loudest I've ever heard hear scream (okay, the SECOND loudest ever!) and I went in there and this thing moved so fast I could barely track it. Got the spray and that was the end of it.

Turns out it's called a whipspider or tailless scorpion. NOT poisoness.
