Because he is the league's most overrated corner. Ever. He is terrible and we should hope that either the Donks or the Bolts pick him up. Even Sal Pal knows Hall is overrated:

I'd imagine he'll go through a waiver process and we'd have to assume his contract.
To this point I've been pleased by the play of our young Corners.

Hall was really good his first and second year. Since then he has digressed each year until now where I agree he is suck ass. I doubt a CB that has been digressing the last few years can turn it around enough to be worth a look.

If you're the Raiders, my heart fills with joy as the Raiders f@#ked up by signing that malcontent De Angelo Hall. 8 Million dollars for eight games, not bad "day labor" rate which as it turns out, all he was. I love to see Al Al Davis lose money almost as much as his team losing games.
