PS3 + PSP, free accounts, and multiple accounts is fairly common due to regional differences in content. Not all that surprising.

I doubt a substantial number of people use it, especially since very few games are compatible with it and most PSP owners probably don't even own a PS3.

But I was actually referring to how the PSP uses the PSN now with the latest firmware update. Considering the PSP has something like double the install base of the PS3, some of those accounts will be from people who own just a PSP.

Too bad the PSN doesn't hold a CANDLE to the latest XBL dashboard.

Its free thats why. Not everyone has xbox live. Congratz, they are dead even on a free service while the other get alot of money and still has the same userbase.

Still i dont think any ps3 game will come close to what gears of war did with 1.5 million people playing online at once.

When you sell your trash for $199 a pop, you're guaranteed to get some action on the live play.

Sony's servers would implode. Look at all the problems they have had with LBP, SOCOM, and Resistance.

In all fairness, remember what happened with Live's servers last christmas.

I do. I use it to play PS1 games on my PSP, and stream videos and movies to it. I can do that at home, or anywhere where I have a wi-fi connection.

Nope, the PSP has the ability to turn it on remotely.

I've been playing LBP and R2 for weeks and only had a couple hiccups on LBP the first week.

LBP has been running smooth, but even earlier this week I've had connection problems with R2.
