You do now realize you're about to have your inbox stuffed to the gills by Indian programmers seeking a work visa?

I didn't realize that there were so many Indian Chiefs fans!

Yes, we suffer thru that now. Many are not remotely qualified for the job posting.

BTW, I'm actually a minority. In this Company, my CTO/co-founder and first two VP hires are Indian. Discovered that I love Indian food!

Yes.

We've used CMS such as DNN, Drupal, and Joomla in the past for ourselves and customers. The CTO and techies settled on Drupal.

Don't ever do the technical interview over the phone. Always face to face. I've heard (and you probably have, too) about the bait & switch interviewing tactics. One guy that knows his stuff does the technical interview on the phone, but the guy that arrives to start the job on day one can't wipe his ass with both hands.

No, I hadn't.

Thank you. I will pass this good information on.

Have a great Holiday.

I figured Skip would be the best candidate... he's experienced Drupal for years, but I hear Viagra and Cialis can help if you're not taking a beta blocker.

Give me a smart person that has done work in related area other languages. With a demonstrated success doing projects first. Learning a new language, communicating with people and solid understanding of technology and how to apply first.

That's where alot of foreigners trying to make it America fall down. Not enough real work, think outside the box experience and work on their own. Everything detailed down to their level as to "what to do".....

Just my perusing the website... This looks like a scripting wrapper language.
