I would like to thank Gailey for taking this sinking ship Herm designed and making it into a serviceable NFL offense.

Gailey is soley responsible for the development of Thigpen and the turn around of this offense!

All kidding aside, I like how the offense has performed lately, but I think Gonzo's speech to the team had just as much influence of the offense as Gailey did. I think Gonzo forced Herm and Gailey's hand. His winning attitude also showed there's no quit in him and it influenced the youth of the team.
